Hart can set up a Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) service that will allow you to send a daily file containing customers who require a risk-based pricing or adverse action letter. We will take the information, populate it into the correct letter format, add the appropriate graph depending on the score model type, and then either deliver the letters to the same SFTP server for you to distribute as needed, or you can take advantage of our managed mailing option.

WEB INTERFACE SOLUTION

Leverage our web-based interface, where you can pull credit reports, generate risk-based pricing or adverse action letters, and access many other products. This interface gives you the solution to print the letters and distribute them as needed.

Managed Mailing Options

Prefer to not have to handle mailing risk-based pricing or adverse action letters? You can elect to have Hart mail the letter directly to your customer, or you can simply print off the populated letter and distribute it yourself.
