Hart Credit Technology prides itself on our ability to safekeep our customer's data. IT systems are built following modern guidelines like the CIS benchmarks. Software development follows an SDLC, reflecting our commitment to both the security of our code and our customers' data. As a leading provider of access to the three Credit Repositories - TransUnion, Experian, and Equifax - we provide such access safely. We recognize that ultimately, the privacy of individuals whose applications are being run through our access paths is at stake.

High Availability

We utilize systems that are secure, reliable, efficient, and flexible. That means our customers have access to more innovative products because we are liberated to develop them under more aggressive e-strategies.

We routinely test our disaster recovery strategies, and our business continuity plans are reviewed as part of our annual SOC audit.

Annual SOC II Audit

We have a SOC II, Type 2 audit performed annually. This assures our clients that not only does Hart Credit Technology have policies and procedures defined, but that we also are carrying out those procedures. This report is available to clients upon request.

Employee Training

In addition to our secure processing environments, Hart's security policies, management procedures, and training are reviewed as part of our SOC audit. All employees undergo periodic training in order to stay educated on the latest information security best practices.
