Hart Credit Technology, formerly known as Hart Software Inc, began in 1989 with a single product - PC software to pull credit reports. As the industry changed over the years and shifted to the internet, our products and services expanded in-step. We provide 24/7 access to our credit, fraud, and identity products in a secure environment.
Our Company Philosophy is amazingly simple: Help our customers access and decision on the industry-leading, intelligent data. That's it. That simple philosophy has enabled us to gain and maintain the confidence of customers nationwide.
Although our company's environment has changed significantly over the years, one thing hasn't: Our desire to provide effective, innovative, and affordable means to access a multitude of databases, supported by friendly, knowledgeable personnel.

Senior Management
Linda Moynihan Vance | CEO/ President
Linda Moynihan Vance joined Hart Credit Technology in April of 2022. Linda’s focus is on bringing forward all the greatness of Hart Credit Technology into a multitude of industries. Linda comes on board after being with TransUnion, LLC for 18 years where she served in multiple roles. Most recently, Linda was a senior director in Global Credit Risk Solutions at TransUnion while also serving as a subject matter expert on trended and alternative data. Linda focuses on helping customers leverage the most intelligent data available in the market and how to bring that to customers in the most productive and efficient way to serve consumers. Helping Hart customers reach their business goals and serve their customers with Hart’s industry-leading solutions will be Linda’s number one goal.
Linda received her bachelor’s degree in Social Welfare from University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee and a master’s degree in Business Management from the University of Wisconsin - Green Bay. She completed her Master’s Professional Project on Creativity and Innovation in Financial Institutions. Linda also completed a certificate program from the University of Notre Dame on Women in Leadership in late 2019.
Linda lives in Green Bay, Wisconsin where she is married to her husband, Bruce. Together, Linda and Bruce are parents to seven kids and two dogs.
Fellows
LeRoy Hart | Former President/ Fellow
LeRoy is taking a slow retirement from Hart Credit Technology starting April of 2022. LeRoy continues to serve Hart where he combines a mathematical, analytical thought process with his lifelong experience in the credit industry to better understand customers’ needs and build custom solutions to uniquely meet those needs. LeRoy excelled at uniting programming teams and technical support teams together for the single purpose of building and supporting easy-to-use, intuitive and effective credit system solutions.
Lynn Hart | Founder/ Fellow
Lynn founded Hart Software in 1989 to help customers intelligently access credit data. Lynn’s driving focus was to bring forward affordable and intelligent delivery and decisioning of multiple data assets for customers of all sizes. Through the years, Lynn built some industry-leading connectors, designed large batch processing techniques, and helped thousands of customers gain greater insight to credit data. At the end of 2020, Lynn Hart sold the company to the employees, converting Hart Software to an employee-owned company. As a fellow to Hart Credit Technology, he continues to be a resource, leveraging his expertise and deep knowledge of the industry.
